How to Order
Raindrops are pleased to accept orders by telephone, fax, post as well as via the internet. Our products are generous to size, so please order for the correct age and height of your child. All prices are correct at time of publishing and are valid until September 2010. If you need to contact us, please find our details below:

Is it safe to order online from Raindrops?
Raindrops is a safe site, protecting online customers using the Sage Pay secure payment gateway. Sage Pay are an accredited payment service provider.
Product Availability
Our products are available in our warehouse for immediate despatch, unless otherwise clearly stated on our website.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by return email once your order has been accepted by our admin site.
Gift Wrap and Message
Please let us know if you wish to include a greeting message and gift wrap with your order, we are happy to oblige for £2.00 per product.
Delivery Addresses
If you wish to have your order despatched to your work, your neighbour or a relative please indicate this in your delivery address, the invoice and receipt will be mailed to the Customer Details address.
Payment
We accept payment by all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo or Delta, plus personal cheque.
Payment Receipt
Once we have processed your order, you will receive an invoice and returns form with your goods.
VAT and Import Taxes
VAT is not applicable on children’s clothing, however, will incur on adults clothing. If ordering from outside the UK, please note that you are responsible for any additional import duties and taxes that may be incurred.
Delivery Times
Raindrops aim to despatch goods within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order, we can send guaranteed next-day delivery within UK mainland. For any addresses outside of the UK delivery times may vary, so please contact us for more details. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery within 2-3 working days will cost £4.25, however, if you wish to receive your goods guaranteed next working day it will cost £8.50, a signature will be required on receipt. EU Delivery costs are £8.00. For any deliveries outside of EU please contact us for a quotation. Please note that delivery charges include: picking from our warehouse, packing by our despatch staff and also postage, by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
International Orders
We are able to accept orders from across the world, however, all transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling, we are unable to accept payment in other currencies, due to excessive bank charges
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All Raindrops products are carefully inspected prior to despatch, however, if in the unlikely event you find a fault with any product, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund.Please complete the Returns Form that has accompanied the original order. Goods will be replaced free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns are made at your own expense and must be within 21 days from receipt for a full refund or exchange. Goods should be unused and in the original packaging with the labels intact. We recommend that you retain proof of postage.
Refunds are credited to the card used to make the original transaction.
We are able to cancel your order up to the point of despatch, however, if the order has been despatched from our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods only, not including postage charges.
Mailing List
If you wish to join our mailing list, please fill in the subscription details, which can be found on our homepage. You will be notified of any forthcoming special offers and advance notice of new products. If at any time your details change, please email us at sales@raindrops.co.uk to enable us to update your contact details. Raindrops do not have any plans to make our mailing list available to anyone else.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us by email, post, telephone or fax. Your complaint will be dealt with immediately.
