Raindrops are pleased to accept orders online as well as by telephone, fax and post. Our products are generous to size, so please order for the correct age and height of your child. All prices are correct at time of publishing and are valid until August 2016. For online orders, we use a secure payment gateway with an accredited payment service provider.

We run special offers and customer discount promotions on selected products from time to time. Please note that these offers and promotions are exclusive, run for a limited period only, are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
All products are subject to availability and the promotion prices apply for a limited duration.
Our products are available in our warehouse for immediate despatch, unless otherwise clearly stated on our website.
If you wish to include a greeting message and gift wrap with your order, simply select the Gift Wrap option once you have placed the item in your Shopping Basket. You will have the option to add your own personal message. Our gift wrap and message service costs £2.00 per gift.
If you wish to have your order despatched to your place of work, your neighbour or a relative please enter a shipping address when prompted at checkout. The invoice and receipt will be mailed to the billing address.
We accept payment by all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo or Delta, plus personal cheque.
You will receive an order confirmation by return email once your order has been accepted by our admin site.
Once we have processed your order, you will receive an invoice and returns form with your goods.
VAT is not applicable on children’s clothing, however, will incur on adults clothing. If ordering from outside the UK, please note that you are responsible for any additional import duties and taxes that may be incurred.
We are able to accept orders from across the world, however, all transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling, we are unable to accept payment in other currencies, due to excessive bank charges.
All Raindrops products are carefully inspected prior to despatch, however, if in the unlikely event you find a fault with any product, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
